Michelle Aalders, Accompanist
Michelle Aalders is a native of Nova Scotia.
She received her Master of Music Degree in Piano Pedagogy and Performance from Westminister Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey, studying with Louise Goss, Frances Clark and Phyllis Lehrer.
Michelle received her Bachelor of Music Education and Bachelor of Music degrees from Acadia University.
She has taught piano in Nova Scotia, New Jersey, British Columbia, Ontario, and Alberta.
She was a sessional professor for the University of Lethbridge and taught piano through the conservatory of music from 1998 to 2002.
Michelle was a former president of the Lethbridge Registered Music Teaches Associaton and also adjudicated at the Lethbridge Piano Class Festival.
She can be heard accompanying the

and
Youth Singers Live
under the direction of Mark Sirett.
She served as accompanist for the Cardston Girls Choir in Cardston, Alberta from 1999 to 2002.
Michelle is a new member of the Saskatoon Registered Music Teachers Association and is currently teaching privately in her home.
